Elzinga & Volkers Completes More Than 2,000 Projects for Grifols From Coast to Coast

Holland, Mich. — Elzinga & Volkers (E&V), a leading provider of construction management services, today announced the company has completed more than 2,000 projects for Grifols, a global healthcare company, over the past five years spanning from coast to coast. The developments include over $40 million worth of work in more than 20 states across the country.

Construction varied greatly based on project location. Several hundred centers underwent small renovations to streamline the donor registration process while others received multi-million dollar make-overs. Projects ranged in budget from $10,000 to $3,500,000.

Grifols, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, is the parent company for Biomat USA and Talecris Plasma Services, all of which have centers nationwide; Elzinga & Volkers is working on multiple locations for each of the brands.

E&V is currently working on seven additional large-scale projects for Grifols in six states totaling nearly $14.5 million. The locations include:

• McCallen, Texas
• Des Moines, Iowa
• Las Vegas, Nev.
• Lancaster, Calif.
• Peoria, Ill.
• Chula Vista, Calif.
