Jubilee Ministries - Midtown Center

We were brought into this project halfway through the construction process to create cost effective and time saving techniques for getting the project back on track. Upon completion, this facility was leased out to non-profit organizations in need of a place to house their operations. Due to the building’s original construction as a high school in 1911, we treated the project as a historical renovation to maintain its integrity. This aged building now has modern energy-saving measures and meets accessibility requirements and fire-code compliance of today’s standards.
