North Ottawa Community Hospital - Medical Surgical Unit

The scope for this project included the construction of a mechanical penthouse and air handling unit, followed by six consecutive interior phases that completed the remodel of the 17,000-SF medical surgical department. The 35-bed medical surgical unit remained operational during all renovations.
